Întreb BT

Banca Transilvania’s Întreb BT (Asking BT) FAQ platform, a valuable resource for financial education, saw increasing traffic but needed a way to maintain a recurring social media presence. The goal was to create educational but funny, natural and relatable posts that resonated with audiences.

In a time when banking is transitioning towards digital and people are becoming more aware of the importance of financial education, it is necessary to make the learning process attractive, fun and uncomplicated.

Using the brand’s chromatic palette, we designed a unique, friendly and quirky illustration style that would make complex financial information more digestible. We then applied this style to concepts that have potential to go beyond online applications.

We created The Banking Nerd, an enthusiastic and knowledgeable character, eager to share his expertise and simplify financial concepts.

For the other concept we took our inspiration from tarot cards and reimagined FAQs as illustrated cards, maintaining brand recognition through the consistent art style.

This project successfully provided informative social media content, ensuring a recurrent presence for Întreb BT and promoting financial education in a fresh an relatable way.
