Brief
Prima Market, a leading local neighbourhood supermarket chain, sought to revitalise its brand image and strengthen its connection with the local community. The project encompassed consultancy and project management for brand development and retail store design, PR, and communication strategy.
Solution
In a highly competitive retail landscape, Prima Market recognised the need to establish a more mature and contemporary brand identity. This involved enhancing visual appeal and ensuring a timeless aesthetic.
The existing logo was refined to convey a more friendly and harmonious image. We created a brand universe by establishing a cohesive visual language which encompasses graphics, color palettes, imagery, and interior/exterior design principles. This ensured a consistent and welcoming brand experience across all touchpoints.
We led the design and implementation of store exteriors and interiors, including the management of contractors and coordination of all design elements. Additionally, we designed the in-store coffee corners and external commercial spaces.
To foster stronger ties with the local community and enhance brand awareness, we implemented a consistent social media presence and strategically increased Prima Market’s visibility at local events.
