Brief
Stabilo, one of the most important stationery and office supplies brands, was preparing to launch a new product: Stabilo FUN, the new ergonomic rollerball pen, along with a collection of 100 stickers that would accompany the pen refills. Our challenge was to create a concept around the product launch campaign, personalizing this range in an entertaining and at the same time educational way.
Stabilo FUN is a product that encourages creativity and is intended to be an attractive tool for anyone who always carries a notebook or diary in which they sketch and draw. For this purpose, the refill packs come in several colors, to match the mood or personality of each teenager with illustrator aspirations.
Solution
Based on the brief, we were able to extract a series of symbolic elements for the age of children and their development. Visually, we wanted the identity elements to be full of color, to express energy and to give that impulse to explore, to discover, to scribble.
Stabilo FUN is aimed at a young, enthusiastic, creative audience with a desire to draw. Thus, the challenge was to illustrate 100 distinct stickers and make them desirable for this audience. Each color represents a personality trait of a child or teenager. And each of these traits needed 10 thematic stickers to inspire creativity.
As for the product launch, we created the display in which the products are arranged, thus attracting attention to them in the places where they are sold.
